CEDRIC VICTOR has been working in print and web media since before the turn of the century as an art director, graphic designer and illustrator.

With a strong background in the fine arts and media studies, his output has spanned a number of fields, from non-profits to pharmaceutical + medical advertising and financial institutions, the arts sector and music and entertainment.

Along with his keen eye for detail, he brings to the table extensive prepress experience: he will happily talk about paper stocks and likes press checks and the smell of litho ink.

With his other hand in illustration and visual storytelling, he maintains an avid interest in film, photography, ‘handmade’ images (printmaking, drawing, illustration, digital photo-illustration) and typography with a number other disciplines in between.

Cedric additionally teaches drawing, digital design and design history at the undergraduate level in New York. He lives in New York City.
